– About Us –
What We Do
AMBE’s mission is to create a bridge between area businesses and schools to connect our students to the career opportunities in Mercer and Auglaize counties. We expose students to career opportunities in our local communities and help them build career pathways to create a sustainable workforce for the future.
At AMBE, the ‘why’ is more important than the what. And our ‘why’ is developing a workforce for the future so our communities remain strong.
Watch the video below to learn more about AMBE and how we connect students in our community with area businesses.
Who We Are
The AMBE Alliance is a private organization of business, service group and school leaders from Mercer and Auglaize counties working to raise awareness of local careers to create a sustainable future workforce. We are locally supported and funded and serve all schools in Auglaize and Mercer counties.
The alliance formed in 2013 with membership and support continuing to grow each year. Local businesses have shown their commitment through member investments that allow us to work with the schools to build programs that prepare our local students for future local jobs.
